FF FIDELITY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. FLUTES & FLUTISTS may need to alter the terms of this agreement at any time without prior notice. The Member will not hold FLUTES & FLUTISTS responsible, legally or financially, for any misunderstandings that may arise from this contract. Every reasonable measure will be made to communicate to the Member in a timely manner should this be necessary.
2. Only residents of Australia are eligible to apply to become a member of FF FIDELITY.
3. FF FIDELITY has two streams of membership: “ADVISER” where no Consultation Fee is paid; and “AFFILIATE” where a Consultation Fee is paid to the Member.
4. AFFILIATES will receive a Consultation Fee (see Payment Structure above) for every eligible flute sold through the FF FIDELITY programme. Eligible sales will meet all of the following requirements:
   • Only flute and auxiliary instrument sales are eligible for a consultation fee. Instrument rentals, repairs, sheet music, and accessories do not qualify for a consultation fee.
   • Only the sale price of the purchased instrument after any applicable discounts or promotions will be used to calculate the consultation fee.
   • It is a condition that the Member advises the purchaser in advance where a consultation fee is to be paid.
   • The consultation fee cannot be transferred to the student, to the sale price of the flute, or to any third party for any reason.
   • All invoices must be paid by the purchaser in full before the consultation fee will be paid.
5. Each member must choose either ADVISER or AFFILIATE status. The member can change to the other membership status by giving notice in writing to FLUTES & FLUTISTS. Both types of memberships will receive all the same benefits except for Consultation Fees.
6. The Member must contact FLUTES & FLUTISTS in advance of the commencement of an instrument trial or purchase with full contact information of the potential purchaser(s). It is the responsibility of the Member to alert FLUTES & FLUTISTS of an eligible sale prior to any contact between the Purchaser and FLUTES & FLUTISTS.
7. All personal information will be handled in strict confidence in accordance with FLUTES & FLUTISTS’ privacy rules.
8. All trials are subject to the terms and agreements of the FF FIDELITY programme, with extended trial terms by consultation with FLUTES & FLUTISTS.
9. Member will receive free shipping of up to four instruments at a time for trial.
10. The Member agrees to be responsible for complying with any requirements by employers whereby they are not permitted to receive any benefit from recommendations they make.
11. Pre-Owned instruments are sold with our usual 3 Months Warranty only.
12. The Member agrees to communicate in a timely manner and reply to all email or texting communications within 24 hours from Mondays to Saturdays.
13. Member will update FLUTES & FLUTISTS with all changes to contact information.
14. The member agrees to at all times act in a responsible and conscientious manner with regard to the maintenance and care of the instruments supplied by way of ensuring no scratches occur, that proper handling and cleaning are maintained and that the instruments are put back in their cases when not being played.
15. All instruments sent by FLUTES & FLUTISTS for trial must stay in the possession and control of the Member for the duration of the trial.
16. All instruments remain the express property of FLUTES & FLUTISTS until invoiced.
