FLUTE TECHNICIAN

With more than 25 years experience as a specialist flute technician, Angus does repairs and servicing for all the major orchestras in Australia and is sought after by many international players from New Zealand Symphony, Auckland Symphony, Hong Kong Symphony, Malaysian Symphony and more.

He has done work for many major touring flutists including Michael Cox, Emily Beynon, Marianne Gedigian and Paul Edmund-Davies. He has trained with some of the most respected flute makers in the world and is an authorised Straubinger technician.

Angus worked for Flutes & Flutists for 20 years before founding Flutetech in 2018, and has continued to work in collaboration with Flutes & Flutists ever since. An accomplished flutist for more than 40 years, he brings passion and experience to the workbench in everything he does from student to the very best professional instruments.
