Please contact us for information on our availability and to make a booking for servicing or quick fixes. Our servicing schedule is often booked up between one to two months in advance so please make sure to reserve your appointment well in advance to avoid disappointment. Our technicians are available between Monday and Friday.
COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE
Please note, prices apply to instruments with regular wear and tear and do not include polishing (tarnish removal). For instruments that require extra pads to be replaced; have extraordinary wear and/or damage; and for full polishing, we will need to inspect it in order to provide an accurate quote.
WARRANTY
All Comprehensive Services come with a THREE MONTH WARRANTY, during which we will perform checkups and adjustments as a result of normal wear and tear for free. Overhauls come with a SIX MONTH WARRANTY.

15% DISCOUNT
Applies to the Standard price if booked within 12 months of the previous Comprehensive Service, which must have been completed by FLUTES & FLUTISTS. Does not apply to Repairs and Overhauls.
5% DISCOUNT
Applies to the Standard price if booked within 18 months of the previous Comprehensive Service, which must have been completed by FLUTES & FLUTISTS. Does not apply to Repairs and Overhauls.
SHIPPING
If you live in a regional area or interstate, it’s very safe and easy to send your flute to us! All instruments sent to and from us are covered under our insurance, no matter which courier you use (just make sure to ask for signature on delivery); or for a small fee, we can help you arrange the pickup with our courier, offering you convenience and peace of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Extraordinary repairs such as keys and toneholes that require re-soldering, catastrophic damage and dents, replacement of screws and steels, and bearing replacement will be quoted in addition to the overhaul price.
OTHER REPAIR SERVICES
All other repairs or special requests are based upon examination and consultation. We'll present you with a recommendation and an estimate reflecting time and materials prior to doing the work. Only very minor repairs can be completed "while you wait".
